I returned a defective item two months ago. After five calls I still have no refund even though I was told many time that I would receive a refund in 3 days. So far no refund.

This is the worst company I ever dealt with. Over the past year and a half, I have placed 3 orders for 7mm Mag Ammo. Never once did Opticsplanet tell me they were out of stock when I placed the order. I have spent HOURS checking on the status of my order. They have told me numerous times over the past 1 1/2 years, my order would be processed within a month. NEVER HAS IT BEEN PROCESSED. Opticsplanet is truly the worst internet company. I will never do business with them again. Save yourself a lot of time an sheer aggrevation and avoid this company like the plague

If you want to pay for shipping expedited, you will get it in 3 weeks. Customer service is garbage. I dont care what deals they have, this is the second time. Deleting their app and considering optic planet as dead to me. Only a matter of time before most people realize. I have several other family memeber all same issues. If there is a deal going on at optic planets, believe me too good to be true.

These people want ship to you, don't buy from them, if it's on sale they will hold it! Check out the date

Optics planet sell items they dont have in stock.
They wont tell you this until after you pay for the item. They charge a large ammount for postage and ship with the cheapest slowest service. F#ck you optics planet

Ordered ammo in November of 2020 still waiting on 22rl. They said they will not have in stock until March of 2023. This is insane. No offer to substitute or ever to update my order on line. I think they hope I will give up and cancel
How do you stay in business with an attitude like that

On June 22nd I ordered a bow site from OpticsPlanet.com. I do not have an account with this company as I placed the order as a guest. Nearly a month later I still did not receive the product. I then went to their site and with the order number discover the order had been canceled. I called their customer support and they told me they had canceled the order because the shipping address was in Canada. That was not true. Only the billing address was in Canada because I used my canadian credit card. The shipping address was in Menasha WI where I lived back in June. On July 1st I moved to Green Bay. The customer service told me they would send me an email with some questions. I believe there were 4 questions, one was something like what will the product be used for and another was what is the shipping address. I gave them my new (Green Bay) address and a day later I received an email that the product was shipped. In the email it showed the old shipping address (Menasha). I sent them an email telling them they are sending it to the wrong address. Weeks later and many emails to customer service I still have not recived the product. However I do see the charge for the product on my credit card. I would recommend staying far away from this company OpticsPlanet.com

This company is selling items on eBay, one of which I purchased. But when I couldn’t get it working, I requested to return it.
After I returned their item, my credit card mysteriously kept getting bogus charges for hundreds and hundreds of dollars, which continued for many months. They continued attempting to put more charges on my credit card for several more months after I had cancelled the card.
I strongly encourage everyone to run away! Avoid these thieving scammers at all costs.

If you want your patience tested to the limit then this is the company for you. I bought a reflex site that could be bought over the counter at any supplier but according to them this is an item that needs proof that your an American. They kept insisting that I was foreign and had to sign various bits of paperwork to prove that I was not, all this for a Sig Sauer Romeo reflex site. I personally think this was all a delay tactic to hold onto a sale for an item that was not in stock. I suggest all that come across optics planet need to hit the reverse gear and steer well clear of them.

They refuse to ship anything to Canada, it'll let you waste a bunch of time going through entering your payment and shipment information, and then just let you know right at the end that they don't ship to Canada. They also blame this on the manufacture no matter what you try to purchase. This company is a joke.
